  • Respond to booking requests as soon as practical during your available hours
  • You receive your full listed service rate
  • Guest prices are rounded above your full listed service rate
  • 2% of every transaction supports the Ocean Fund
  • Payouts processed within 24 hrs of completion via Stripe or GCash
  • Cancellations within 24 hrs of experience start require guest compensation per the Guest Protection Policy
  • You are responsible for your own certifications, safety equipment, and liability insurance
  • Partners may be suspended for repeated cancellations, low ratings, or policy violations
